This Nutzungsvereinbarung becomes effective when the User starts using the Program license, uses Pro Karaoke website or application functions, or clicks “I accept the terms of this agreement”. The Agreement remains valid during the entire license period.
IE “Pro-Karaoke” may amend this Agreement without additional notice. By using the website or application, the User receives a simple non-exclusive license to use Pro Karaoke.
By using the Program, the User fully accepts this Agreement. If the User disagrees with any term, the User must stop using the Program.
The Program enables viewing content, searching, aggregating and filtering karaoke phonograms, playing them through an online player, performing vocal parts and using other service functions.
The license fee is set by the Administration and may change. If the User has paid for a fixed period, the fee does not change during that paid period. Payments are accepted in tenge and include applicable taxes. Refunds are provided only where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Refund contact: info@pro-karaoke.com.
The Administration acts as an information intermediary. Materials found through the Program on the Internet or other open sources are not owned by the resource and are provided “as is”. The User may use the Program only for personal non-commercial purposes under a non-exclusive license.
The User agrees not to use the Program unlawfully, not to save content unless expressly allowed, not to publish prohibited materials, not to create more than one account, not to bypass protection, reverse engineer or interfere with the Program. In case of violations, the Administration may suspend or terminate the license without refund.
The Administration may change available materials, modify, suspend or terminate the Program and website, and amend this Agreement without additional notice.
The User is responsible for using the Program and website. The User agrees to personal data processing under the Privacy Policy. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Policy governs the collection, storage, use and protection of personal data of users of Pro Karaoke, www.pro-karaoke.com and its subdomains. It is based on the personal data laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Personal data means information related to an identified or identifiable person. Non-personal data means technical information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, requested page, access time, cookies and other technical data.
The Policy sets out IE “Pro-Karaoke” obligations to protect data provided during registration, payment, support requests or service use. Processed data may include name, phone, e-mail, payment information, device data, IP address, service usage history and other information necessary for Pro Karaoke.
Data is used for identification, license issuance and renewal, payment processing, service access, support, communication, notifications, service improvement, statistics, technical problem detection and payment legality control.
The User must provide accurate data and may update it. The Administration must use data only for stated purposes, keep it confidential and apply reasonable protection measures. Data may be transferred to third parties for service operation, payment, support, statistics, legal compliance or requests of authorized authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
